"Not quite what I was hoping for"
I really wanted to like it, but something about it just felt a bit off. The fabric seemed kind of cheap in person, and the stitching started coming loose quickly. Not the quality I expected.

"Nice packaging, but it took some effort"
My order from modab.com.br was packaged really well, honestly. Nothing came damaged or messy, and the bag looked clean, safe, and in good shape when it arrived. I was happy with that part. The only thing is it felt like a bit of a hassle to deal with everything, but at least the package itself was handled nicely.

"Kind of embarrassed I bought this"
I feel a little embarrassed for giving this a chance. I washed it exactly how the label said, but after just two washes the fabric got loose and the seams started coming apart. It looked like I had owned it for years, not days. Definitely won’t be buying from here again...

"Super comfy fabric"
I grabbed a few pieces from modab.com.br i pretty much assumed right away they’d be comfy just from touching the fabric. It’s soft on the skin, not itchy at all, and I wore one piece for a full day without feeling annoyed by it. One item was a little thinner than I expected, so I did kind of jump to thinking it might not hold up, but it still felt good overall. Solid 4 stars from me

"Tracking was really confusing"
Ordered from modab.com.br the tracking was the most frustrating part. It didn’t update for days, then out of nowhere showed a totally different status. Had to keep checking it myself and still couldn’t really tell where my package was.
Items did arrive in the end, just later than I expected and with barely any clear info along the way. Wasn’t the worst shopping experience, but the shipping updates made it way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Pretty close, but the details felt a little vague"
The product mostly matched the description, so I can’t say it was totally off or anything. But the fabric didn’t feel quite like I thought it would based on how they described it. The size info helped a little, but it was still kind of vague, like they’re making promises without actually giving enough detail to know what you’re getting. Overall, it’s not bad, just average...

"Decent site, but I got frustrated trying to find things"
The site worked fine for the most part, but I kept getting annoyed trying to find what I needed. Maybe I’m just not patient enough, but the filters felt slow and I ended up clicking around way more than I should have. Checkout was fine once I got there, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just think they could make the browsing part a lot smoother.

"Sizing was kinda off for me"
The waist was way too tight on me, so the sizing felt off. I expected it to fit better but it just didnt.

"Customer service really came through!!"
I had a little issue with my order, so I reached out to Modab support!! They got back to me way faster than I thought they would and helped sort everything out without making it a big hassle!! I did have to explain the problem twice, which was a bit annoying, but they fixed it in the end!! Overall, good experience with their customer service!!

"Refund went through, just took a little while"
I had to follow up twice before my refund finally showed up, but it did come through after a few days. Support got back to me in a normal amount of time and explained what was going on, so that helped. Not the smoothest experience, but they did sort it out and the money ended up back on my card. Has anyone else had to ask more than once for their refund?

My order showed up quicker than I expected, which was nice. The only thing was the tracking was kinda slow to update tho, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was for a bit...

"My return felt like it took a lifetime"
This return was way more stressful than it needed to be. The exchange process was confusing from the start, and I felt like I was going in circles trying to figure out what to do. Support took ages to reply, and by the time the refund finally came through, I was practically ready to throw my hands up and give up completely.
